Swimming Pool Water Care Program 

A FREE monthly, poolside water testing program. This program is designed for people that would like to do most of the upkeep, yet don't want to take the time to bring in a water sample. 

What we do for you: 

  • On site poolside water test by a professional technician 
  • Add all necessary balancing chemicals 
  • Leave enough product for you to maintain the pool in between our visits 
  • General check over of the equipment 
  • Professional advice on maintaining your pool and spa
  • Leave accurate records of what was done 

If you are on a program committed to 3 or more times in a season, this is a FREE program. All we ask is that we are authorized by you to provide all your pool chemical needs and to make the necessary additions if your pool water is in need of correction. For most situations we are able to control the mineral balance of the pool in the "pool care" schedule. However, adjustment may be necessary after we leave or between visits. An instruction sheet detailing any remaining additions will be left on site.

  • Sept. or Oct. 

We are able to start at any time. A courtesy visit can be given over the winter if desired.

Seasons Commitment (3 or more visits) -> FREE 

Pay only for the product needed (plus applicable taxes). 

What we need from you : 

  • Authorization to do any necessary additions 
  • Authorization to leave enough chemicals on site to last until our next visit 
  • We absolutely need access! 
  • If a key is needed we would need to be provided one 
  • Water must be maintained between our visits and in clear and healthy condition 
  • Check your chlorine and pH regularly (min. twice weekly) 

Easy Payment:

 We ask for a valid credit card # to be kept on file for easy payment. The payment will be applied the day of the service and will be mailed to you along with an invoice for the product used. If you would prefer to pay by cheque, we still ask for a credit card # on file but allow for 12 days before applying the amount onto your card. We also call you as a reminder before applying to your card. 

Please Note: 

If the maintenance technician encounters mechanical problems, you will be informed as well as Pond's service department. If you have any concerns or questions feel free to Serenity. No extra work will be performed without your authorization. Any problem solving is extra and is charged at the going service rates.
